This is not a learning objective

I will therefore write my learning objective like this: “the objective of the training will be to make employees autonomous in all phases of processing the graphic material. From the arrival of the materials to their publication on social m ia”. The objective is not vague. But at the same time it does not go into detail; don’t make the mistake of skipping this phase and directly writing learning objectives of this type: “teaching employees how to crop a photo with photoshop” . This is not a learning objective. It is. If anything. An articulation of the latter and we must deal with it in the next phase of the addie model: the development phase ; actual assembly of the course : phase in which the id will have to continually ask himself if all the materials and design  sequences work for the audience in question.

The last two phases of the addie model

In our example. The id collects the africa email list materials and directions from the photoshop expert and puts together the sequence. The id will therefore indicate that in the first part of the course the instructor will use photoshop demonstrations interspers  with some practical exercises. And that at the end of the course there will be a tim  and partially assist  simulation. The last two phases of the addie model are the implementation . Which is the training phase in the classroom or in a virtual environment (i.e.  The bulk  of the training) and the evaluation (e. Of evaluation ). In which we try to respond to the question “did the training as a whole work?”.

Am i able to change the color of a product?

To stay with our example. In the implementation phase an adobe instructor (following the id program) will give 8 hours WS Database IN of face-to-face lessons to employees. In the evaluation phase (which can also be delay  compar  to the exact end of the course) i will ask employees if after some time they are actually able to deal with the graphic management of materials for social m ia. Am i able to change the color of a product? Can they crop photos and post them easily without damaging the colors? Here is a summary of the questions an instructional designer should ask themselves during the phases of the addie model.
